Kenny Chesney won his third consecutive Entertainer of the Year award and Carrie Underwood came away with three wins at the 42nd annual Academy of Country Music Awards held May 15, 2007 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
George Strait had the most nominations with eight and won for Song of the Year and Single Record. Brooks and Dunn won their 14th ACMA for Top Duo of the Year.
Reba McEntire hosted the 42nd Academy of Country Music Awards.
