Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley both were double winners at the 2007 CMA Awards held November 7, 2007 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Carrie Underwood won Female Vocalist of the Year, while "Before He Cheats" won Single of the Year. Paisley won Male Vocalist of the Year, and his song "Online" won Music Video of the Year.
Kenny Chesney won Entertainer of the Year for the second straight year.
