Models Tyler Denk and James Branaman of Los Angeles won the 10th edition of the Amazing Race.
The race began in Seattle, Washington and took the contestants to such locations as China, Vietnam, Kuwait and Madagascar.

- Episode 1: Beijing, China - Bilal and Sa'eed from Cleveland eliminated. Vipal and Arti of Windermere, Florida eliminated.
- Episode 2: Ulan Bator, Mongolia - Kellie and Jamie of Columbia, South Carolina eliminated.
- Episode 3: Hanoi, Vietnam - father/daughter team Duke and Lauren of Warwick, Rhode Island eliminated.
- Episode 4: Ha Long Bay, Vietnam - Tom and Terry of New York City eliminated.
- Episode 5: Chennai, India
- Episode 6: Kuwait City, Kuwait - Peter and Sarah of California eliminated
- Episode 7: Mauritius
- Episode 8: Antananarivo, Madagascar - David and Mary Conley of Stone, Kentucky eliminated.

- Episode 10: Kiev, Ukraine - Brothers Erwin and Godwin Cho of San Francisco eliminated.
- Episode 11: Ouarzazate, Morocco
- Episode 12: Barcelona, Spain - Friends Dustin and Kandice (former Miss USA contestants) eliminated.
- Episode 13: Paris, France - Season finale - Friends Lyn Turk and Karlyn Harris of Alabama finish third. Dating couple Rob Diaz and Kimberly Chabolla of Los Angeles finish second.
