The 16th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony were held January 23, 2010 at the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center.

Inglourious Basterds won for best movie cast, while Glee and Mad Men won for best tv casts.

Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey won acting awards for 30 Rock.
