Who Won Rhode Island Elections in 2008?

Rhode Island Senator Jack Reed (pictured left) easily won re-election in 2008 against Republican Bob Tingle, garnering 73% of the vote.

The two Congressmen from Rhode Island, Patrick Kennedy and James Langevin, also easily won re-election and were sent back to Washington.

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse's term expires in 2012, and the next Rhode Island Gubanatorial Election is in 2010.

Barack Obama won Rhode Island's four electoral votes.
