Blackwell's Worst Dressed
Nicollette Sheridan of "Desperate Housewives" topped Richard Blackwell's 45th Annual Worst Dressed List. Mr Blackwell commented "in barely-there bombs, she's a taste-free pain." He called her "the tacky temptress of Wisteria Lane." Lindsay Lohan finished second.
