Blackwell's 47th Annual "Worst Dressed" list had a tie at the top. Britney Spears and Paris Hilton shared the "honor". Blackwell's comments included "style free and fashion deprived" and "two peas in an overexposed pod". Camilla Parker-Bowles of the British royal family finished second.
