The 85th Miss America pageant was held January 30, 2010 at the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas. Caressa Cameron, Miss Virginia, was crowned Miss America 2010.
The show was broadcast on TLC and hosted by Mario Lopez.
The top fifteen finalists competed in a swimsuit competition. The top twelve then competed in an evening gown competition. Two more were cut and the top ten went on to a talent competition. The top seven were selected for the final interview.
