The Boston Bruins overcame a two games to none deficit and won the 2011 Stanley Cup, winning game seven on the road in Vancouver.

It was the first Cup for Boston in 39 years, while Vancouver still has yet to win a championship.

Conn Smythe winner and Boston goalie Tim Thomas became the fourth goalie in NHL history to record a shutout in game seven of the Stanley Cup finals.
