The Sharp AQUOS 500 is a NASCAR Nextel Cup race held annually at the California Speedway. The first race was held in 2004 and was called the Pop Secret 500. The next two years it was the Sony HD 500. The Sharp AQUOS 500 has been held the Sunday night of Labor Day weekend.
Jimmie Johnson won the last Sharp AQUOS 500 in 2007.
