Las Vegas Motor Speedway
The Shelby 427 or Shelby American Classic NASCAR race is held yearly at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in late February or early March.
The race was sponsored for a number of years in the 2000's by United Auto Workers and DaimlerChrysler. The winner receives a championship belt instead of a trophy.
The most recent winner of the Shelby 427 in 2010 was Jimmie Johnson.
