Jockey Calvin Borel claimed his third Kentucky Derby victory in four years as he rode Super Saver to a win on a muddy track at Churchill Downs.

Trainer Todd Pletcher had been 0 for 24 in bids to win the Derby, but broke through this year.

Ice Box and Paddy O'Prado were the other horses to finish in the money.
