New York Marathon
The New York City Marathon is held annually in the fall. The course runs through the boroughs of New York City.
The first race was run in 1970 and was won by Garie Muhrcke.
The latest winner was Meb Keflizghi, and Marilson Gomes dos Santos of Brazil has won two of the last four New York Marathons.
