"Cars" is an animated Disney feature with talking automobiles.
Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) is a cocky rookie race car who gets lost in the small backwoods town of Radiator Springs. After he rips up part of the town he is sentenced to community service and gets to know some of the town's inhabitants. Lightning McQueen eventually learns from his new friends that life isn't all about winning. It's friends and family that really matter.
"Cars" was written and directed by John Lasseter and Joe Ranft.
